What to Expect When You Contact DRMS:
1) DRMS follows an intake process to determine if a case meets our agency’s criteria for services. Contacting DRMS does not create a contract or an attorney-client relationship.
2) First, contact DRMS to begin the intake process. We will take your contact information, a brief summary of your situation, and set up a time for you to complete intake proceedings with DRMS’ Intake Coordinator.
3) Our Intake Coordinator will take information regarding the specifics of your situation; DRMS will use this information to determine if our agency can take your case. We will contact you to let you you if we can offer you advocacy and/or legal services. If we cannot take your case, we will attempt to connect you within our referral network.
