We encourage anyone with concerns about our services to use our grievance prcedure so we can respond appropriately and fairly.

Our team monitors our pages regularly and reserves the right to: 

• Hide our delete comments that violate our guidelines

• Block or report users who repeatedly break the rules

• Turn off comments on posts when needed to protect our community

We may not always respond to every message, but we read and value your input. We are unable to provide information or services via Facebook message.
